Abalone Kids Preschool marked a significant milestone in its two-year journey by hosting its 1st Annual Sports Day with great enthusiasm and participation. The event celebrated athletic talent, teamwork, and perseverance, reflecting the institution’s commitment to holistic child development.
Having been recognized with prestigious awards by STAR Awards, IDA, and IEA 2024, Abalone Kids continues to be a frontrunner in the early years of foundation years for preschool education.
Little Champions, Big Dreams”
The Sports Day opened by Director Akhilesh Prasad, began with an energetic Olympic Walk, setting the tone for a day filled with enthusiasm and excitement. The event was graced by encouraging words from Dr. Swarnima Kashyap, Director of Abalone Kids, who emphasized the values of courage, teamwork, and active participation.
She reflected on the joys, special moments, and the collective hard work that the entire Abalone family put together to make this day a grand success. Dr. Kashyap stressed the importance of giving one’s best effort, supporting peers, and embracing the process rather than focusing solely on winning.
Her speech also recognized the pivotal roles of parents, teachers & supporting staff, in guiding and nurturing the young Sparky’s, ensuring a foundation built on encouragement, perseverance, and shared joy.
Learning-based fun activities
The little Sparkys showcased their energy and dedication with lots of sensory, touch and feel, pick and go races. These races not only brought happy smiles to the parents but also taught the children a lot of early childhood learning concepts, while parents and teachers actively cheered, adding to the festive atmosphere.
A celebration of learning and development
The event concluded with unique races for all the little runners as well as the energetic parents. The sack attack race, Gajar Khata Khargosh, and getting ready for school added a lot of uniqueness to the da. And what better way would it be to end the day with the evergreen Kisme kitna hai Dum? The Director Mr Akhilesh Prasad, Dr. Swarnima Kashyap congratulated all the children by adorning them with medals and certificates. They all well deserved it!!

This sports day was equally encouraged by our Head office team of Directors Mr and Mrs R.K. Kashyap. With their blessing, our team was able to present a festive day full of physical fitness with an effort to instill lifelong values of discipline, perseverance, and sportsmanship among the children.
The event was an outstanding success, setting the stage for many such future celebrations of unity, achievement, and personal growth.
