Building a Digital Ecosystem for Members
One of JCI Madurai Central’s significant milestones has been the launch of its official website, providing a centralized platform to showcase the chapter’s projects, activities, and achievements.
The organisation has also introduced a Members Digital Business Directory, designed to highlight the businesses, professional expertise, and entrepreneurial capabilities of its members. The initiative aims to strengthen networking opportunities within the chapter while enhancing members’ digital visibility.
These initiatives have been supported by JFM R. Gokulnath, Vice President – Management, JCI Madurai Central, and Founder of Faithandlifetech, whose background in digital transformation has contributed to building practical technology solutions that improve communication, accessibility, and member engagement.
Empowering the Next Generation
Youth development continues to be a key priority for the chapter. Through its Future & Empowering Youth initiative, JCI Madurai Central is working toward reaching 5,000 students, with 1,250 students already trained through the program.
The initiative focuses on equipping students with knowledge, confidence, and leadership skills that can create long-term social impact while encouraging greater participation in community development.
Driving Sustainability Through Community Action
Environmental responsibility forms another important pillar of the organisation’s work.
The Sustainable Sipping – ReSip Project encourages the use of reusable bottles as an alternative to single-use plastics. During the National President’s official visit, the chapter distributed 100 reusable bottles as part of its broader annual target of 2,500 bottles, promoting sustainable everyday choices within the community.
The organisation has also undertaken initiatives such as the Fund Raising & E-Waste Management Project and the Aaakasa Vaigai Project, combining environmental responsibility with community welfare efforts.

These initiatives were showcased during the official visit of JFG Bharath N. Acharya, National President of JCI India, alongside JCI Sen. N. Manivannan, Zone President, and JFM A.
